Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, usually called Detroit Metro Airport, Metro Airport locally, or simply DTW, is a major international airport in the United States covering 7,072-acre (11.050 sq mi; 2,862 ha) in Romulus, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit. It is Michigan’s busiest airport, and one of the largest air transportation hubs in the country.
The airport serves as Delta Air Lines’ second-busiest hub. Delta, SkyTeam partner Air France, Virgin Atlantic, use the McNamara Terminal for both domestic and international gates and the airline’s primary gateway to Asia for the Eastern United States and its third-busiest gateway to Europe. The airport is a major gateway for tourism in metropolitan Detroit and is one of SkyTeam’s major Midwestern hubs. It is also a hub for Spirit Airlines, which was founded in Metro Detroit and once operated its largest base at the airport.

Previous Live Auctions were held in Building 520, Building 520 (the former Berry International Terminal) is located near the Airport entrance from I-94/Merriman Rd. From I-94/southbound Merriman Rd., enter the Airport (Merriman Rd. becomes Rogell Dr.) to the second light (at Burton Dr.). Turn right (west) on Burton Drive a short distance to the West Service Dr., then turn left (south) on West Service Dr. and follow the signs for parking in front of the former Berry International Terminal.
All items are “as-is”, “where-is”, and all sales are final. Winning bidders will be expected to claim their items and remove them from Airport property, at their own expense, at the time of sale or specified pickup times assigned to each auction.
